This Privacy Policy describes how Pinniq Law ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our services at app.rltr.me and lexrank.com.

Billing information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)

When you use Pinniq Law, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:

Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent)
Device information (browser version, operating system)
Cookies and similar tracking technologies

Scan data

To generate your GEO Score, we submit queries about your law firm to third-party AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity). We store the responses and derived scores in our database. This data is used solely to provide you with your GEO Score and competitive intelligence.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the Pinniq Law service
Process payments and send billing-related communications
Send scan results, score updates, and product notifications
Respond to your questions and support requests
Analyze usage patterns to improve our platform
Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

Service providers: We share data with Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payments), and AI platform providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity) as necessary to provide the service. These providers are bound by data processing agreements.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
Business transfers: If Pinniq Law is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
With your consent: We may share information for other purposes with your explicit consent.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and scan history for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we retain your data for 30 days before deletion, during which you may request an export. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), database-level row security, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
